I have started to work in restaurants thanks to some wonderful mentors that i have created in me this passion for our lovely profession, i had the opportunity to work with some of the best professional in the industry in World class restaurant such as Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athenee Paris.I do consider our industry to be more a lifestyle than a job for us.I now have the opportunity to open Hotels and Restaurant in South east Asia where i get the freedom to create unique dining concepts but also develop teams and individuals with the values my mentors and I share.
