Since January 2015 Olivier has joined GDG group in Hong Kong involving “EPURE” 1* star Michelin restaurant and “Dalloyau” shops as Director of restaurants operations.
At 40 years old and Oliver has already an extensive background with previous positions for Taillevent group in Paris, Caviar house & Prunier in Dubai, Lenotre in Dubai and previously experience in U.S.A. and Mexico
Further his international experience Olivier wanted to take a new challenge oversea on the Asian market.
His vision on restaurants and hospitality are innovative, modern with a twist of French flair.
Passionate about gastronomy, wines and pastries Olivier is looking forward to share his knowledge at all times and always looking to give the best to the clientele.
