After graduating in Burgundy with a Tourism Management certificate, Perrine has discover the F&B industry as being a Guest Relations Manager at the Alain Ducasse rest. in the Plaza Athenee, Paris for five years and then, moved since 3 years in HK as House Manager in a luxury Colonial Boutique Hotel “Hullett House” by Aqua Armani, and also at The French Window by handling Private & Corporate events. She newly moved as Guest Relations Manager at EPURE -DALLOYAU concept- and collabo-rates with Chef Executive Nicolas Boutin.

2025: Après plus de 13 années passées à Hong-Kong, Perrine est de retour dans le Sud de la France à Monaco
