Contenu:    Starting his career at Alain Ducasse at Plaza Athenee and moved to London to be part of the opening team at the Dorchester. Samy worked for Gordon Ramsey as well as Eric Frechon at Le Brstol and came back to work for Alain Ducasse at Rech learning generosity and ‘esprit Bistro’ with Eric Mercier. In 2011 Samy moved to Dubai at One and Only the Palm to be in charge of STAY restaurant by Yannick Alleno and joined in 2013 Atmosphere located in the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world, where managing the restaurant. In 2015, he could not resist to move to Melbourne as it is a really exciting place for food and wine lovers, and became assistant manager at Cutler&Co working with Andrew McConnell delivering friendly and professional service.
