Un jury d’exception et des partenaires exceptionnels pour le Concours Général des métiers Commercialisation et service en restauration à l’Ecole Hôtelière de Paris Lycée Jean Drouant sous la coordination de Johan BRUN, de moi même en tant que VP et du président du concours Michel Lugnier.
